Vogue Philippines focuses on rarity, from unique skill to limited lines, this November. 

On the cover is 17-year-old Alex Eala, a once-in-a-lifetime talent who waves the Philippine flag proudly on the global tennis stage, achieving what no other Filipino has done before her.
